Atlantis, Day 4
This is the slide where the sharks are all around you and you are in a tunnel through them.
The other choice of rides through the shark tank is this 60 foot drop, but Clayton and I didn't want to do that one.

This is a picture of a cool bird we sawon our way home from everything, notice the shark fin in the background.
We spent most of today on the various waterslides and pools. Our favorite is called the Lazy River ride. It takes about 35-45 minutes to go around it completely. Clayton and I shared a double tube. The ride has parts with underground rapids, a wave section, and then slower parts where you drift. It was a lot of fun. We also braved the slide where you end up in a tunnel surrounded by an aquarium of sharks. It was neat, but we only wanted to experience it once.
So, this bridge extends across a lagoon that has 2 huge hammerhead sharks in it! The big one is about 8 feet long!
The big hammerhead.

A little baby bonnet shark. We found their nursery for bonnet and nurse sharks randomly on our way back from the beach walk we took. So, we sat by the pool, which also had huge starfish in it and managed to touch a few sharks as they swam by. It was really neat!
