Wanakena wildlife
This is the best picture of the humming bird I could get- most of the time they showed up as huge blurrs-- my camera just isn't high tech enough to capture them well.
The red squirrel that was Zero's arch nemesis last time. He had to stay home this time, so it was much quieter for all of us!
This is a far off view of a pileated woodpecker (on the tree stump). Largest of the woodpeckers and a very special find. Sue got the privelege to see 3 at a time, since this is the mom and she had 2 babies with her the week before. Its rare enough to see 1, so that was an amazing thing to have happen for her.
